This abstract painting is fun! The colors are warm, inviting, soothing, and joyful, all at the same time. The drip method of painting this piece gives it an energy that you can feel as you explore it. I love the imperfection of this piece. Some colors drip into other colors, textures are created from paint drying at different times, and you get little drips off of the edges of the canvas that I chose not to shave off. These imperfections give this piece character and depth. Every time you look at this, you find something new to draw your attention.
I get a TON of compliments when I hang this in my office and it shows in online meetings. It would also work well in living rooms, large bedrooms, hallways, and industrial settings. Would be great behind the desk of a lobby.
